What if I can’t find what I want to buy on your website?

Just send us an email or give us a call and we will try our hardest to find what you are looking for.

Do I have to register to use your site?

Not at all. You can use our fast checkout without creating an account.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to process orders within 2-4 working days, once an order has been processed and is ready to be sent, delivery in the UK is sent first class post and takes 1-2 business days. Orders to Europe take 3-4 working days, orders to the USA and Canada normally takes 5-6 working days and the rest of the world usually takes between 6-8 business days depending where you are in the world.

Is it safe to shop on your site?

Our online store utilises a securely encrypted ecommerce engine and offers the highest possible strength. Your order details and credit card information are fully encrypted using the strongest available security all the way from your computer screen to our merchant sagepay. The credit card transactions are handled by the same credit card companies as in the majority of the main high streets stores.

No outside parties get to see your card details, or are involved in any part of the transaction process. However, if you are still unhappy about using a credit card online you can send your order and pay by phone, fax, email or post. You can order over the telephone on (0044) 1296 399100

How much is delivery?

Delivery to the UK will cost you a flat fee of £2.95 for postage and packing. So you can order as much as you like within the UK and it will only ever cost you £2.95

The price of delivery for our software on its own is charged at £2.95 GB Pounds regardless of where in the world it is sent.

The majority of our orders are sent to overseas customers – shipping rates are calculated before you finalise your order – so remember to complete the shipping information correctly by confirming the delivery zone (Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, rest of world etc). If you have any further questions regarding international shipping, please e-mail us giving details of order and location.

Is it possible to collect my items?

We do not allow parcels to be collected as we are an internet based company and have no physical shop.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payments:

  • Postal order

What happens when I place an order online?

When you have placed your order and submitted it to us, you will get a confirmation email to let you know that we have received your order and it is being processed. These emails can sometimes get lost in your “Junk” folder so please check in there if you have not received an email.

Can I return my products for a refund?

If you are not fully happy with your goods, then simply return them to us within 14 days in unused condition in the original packaging and we will be delighted to refund or replace your order. You must phone or contact us in advance before sending any item back to us for a returns number.

When returning items you must contact us first for a returns number. Refunds do not apply to software, DVD’s, CD’s, books and essential oils as these items are non-refundable. When returning goods, remember to package them securely in the original packaging and to obtain a Proof of Posting certificate from your Post office or carrier in case your parcel fails to reach us.

Can I change my order once I have placed it?

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please make sure that you review the products you have ordered when you are going through the checkout stages. You do have seven days to return an item after you have received it though but please make sure you ask for a returns number before returning.

Can I get my delivery and invoice send to different addresses?

This is no problem, when you are completing your order, simply put your address in the bill to address and put the details of where you want your parcel to be delivered to in the delivery address.

Can you post my delivery overseas?

Of course we can. We ship our products to over 118 different countries all over the world. All of our pricing for delivery to overseas is calculated when you checkout so you will know exactly how much shipping will cost you.

    I have three questions:

    Question 1

    If I start out by buying the Professional version of “Academy of Feng Shui” software and then I want to upgrade to either the Master version or the Business Consultant version, do I just need to pay the difference in prices or do I need to pay the full price for the upgraded version?

    Question 2

    Same question as in Question 1 – Does the same principle apply for the “Tong Shu Almanac” software >> Family version, Home & Office version and Business version?

    Question 3

    Are the same detailed info found in “Tong Shu Almanac” available in the “Academy of Feng Shui” software.

      Hi Lee,

      That is no problem at all to update to a higher version for the price difference between the two at a later date on both the Academy and Tong Shu Software.

      The Tong Shu and Academy software are two very different pieces of software; The academy software is specialised Feng Shui Software working with Flying stars, Eight Mansions etc and although it does have an almanac in it, it is only a basic version and nowhere near as detailed as the Tong Shu Almanac Software.
