Jin shu da Xiang jewelled metallic Elephant
With the auspicious #1 star entering the north in 2022, we need to use a very special enhancer this year, especially as we move closer to period 9 in 2024, as the #1 star is future wealth like pensions, savings, stocks, shares, investments etc, and this must be tapped into this year more than ever. The traditional enhancer is placing a single metallic colour Elephant with his trunk raised with jewels on his back representing water and metal, so the Elephant must be metallic in colour as this represents metal, and you must only use a metallic Elephant that falls in the “Chai” band of auspicious measurements which of course ours does, and we had this one specially created for the yang water Tiger year.
The overall size of the actual height of the statue is crucial to get right as in traditional Feng Shui you have auspicious and inauspicious measurements, and the height of the figure (must not include the height of the trunk when raised) must fall within a Chai sector which is approximately between 0 – 55mm, and this statue is perfectly sited within 50mm (Chai) which is said to bring wealth creation and protection and said to bring six types of good fortune.
In Feng Shui, the Elephant is a strong symbol of strength, wisdom, protection, and courage, and this honoured Elephant is a beautiful representation with his trunk raised in victory, which is so important in Feng Shui as a trunk downwards represents a loss of wealth and bad luck making this Elephant the best you can get. After 2022, you can also place this Elephant looking onto a door to symbolise the arrival of good luck and good fortune, or facing outward (if placed outside) for protection of the building. You can also use them on a windowsill again, symbolising protection. Unlike Fu Dogs, these Elephants are not handed so they can be placed on either side.
When we select our products, we do not just look at the product or even the price; we first look at the stature and how they hold themselves, this is so very important in Feng Shui, especially when selecting Deities and animals such as an Elephant and often overlooked with suppliers, we have turned down hundreds of products over the years because of this strict ethos we hold.
